Performances

In NBYT productions, children and teens are given the opportunity to perform, to work together as a cast and crew, and to gain other benefits—such as self-confidence, self-esteem, social skills, and increased focus—of the performing arts. Performances are not only for child actors, but are created to be high-quality, low-cost entertainment for children and families. Read what parents are saying about NBYT:

“NBYT stands out for the incredibly supportive and insightful nature of the directors. They are highly talented and committed individuals who clearly value the contributions of each actor and volunteer. This is truly a special place for kids and teens.”

“The most important factor to us as a family is knowing that every kid is valued while working collaboratively with others (in addition to the quality of NBYT).We also really value how seamlessly NBYT is able to bring people together from different backgrounds.”

“The high caliber performances are a reflection of the truly talented, caring and supportive adults on staff. The kids have SO much fun working hard at NBYT!”

Auditions are held in August or September for fall productions, and in January or February for spring productions. Registration for our summer musical begins in March and continues through June.

Tickets go on sale approximately one month before each production.
