An additional night of auditions has been added on Tuesday, September 10, at 6:00 p.m.
The opening production for the No Boundaries Youth Theater tenth anniversary season will be an original script created in The POEtry Project. The play will be based on the life and works of Edgar Allan Poe (1809 –1849) an American writer best known for his poetry and short mystery and horror stories. Roles will include a young writer helping to prepare Poe’s Baltimore home for its public opening in 1949, the spirits of Poe and people in his life, and characters from his works.
All actors ages 13 through 20, from any town and with or without prior experience, are welcome to audition. Teens may also contact NBYT with interest in helping backstage.
Auditions are on Tuesday and Thursday, September 3 and 5, beginning at 6:00 p.m. They will be held at NBYT’s rehearsal studio at the YMCA at 362 Main Street in Berlin. To register for auditions, click below.

All actors must audition and then a program registration link will be sent upon acceptance. Those cast will be asked to pay a $150 participation fee, but partial financial waivers and payment scheduling are available.
