The Tempest

A few photos are posted here from the recent production of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest. Set at sea and on a remote island, the production was inspired by the nineteenth century Connecticut whaling and shipping industries and nineteenth-century productions of Shakespeare in America. Performances were on the grounds of the New Britain Museum of American Art.
