“The NBYT Teen Company is a program in which teens can become involved in producing and promoting their own theater. The program offers leadership opportunities and a chance for teens to suggest the shows they want to do, all while under the guidance of NBYT directors. Teens can be a part of staging, designing, fundraising, and promoting each performance as well as performing and working backstage."
